Warranty....

Hiya

I bought my car in august.... it come with 1 years warranty...

now its going in for a major service... they asked me if i wanted them to check anything.... i said the;

Steering pump.. (that noise part when turning)

and gearbox... having probs getting it into reverse....

Now if they come back and say i need a new part for it... will it be covered under the warranty they gave me when i got the car??

You need to check the terms and conditions of the warranty, it should tell you what is and isnt covered. Is it underwritten by anyone?

I would imagine that you will be covered, The CV joint gave up on my Mazda and they replaced it under the terms of the warranty with no problems.
