Warrenty / Mot

Car is due a Mot in end April 08....obviously the warrenty runs out at the same time car will be on approx 20k - and was serviced last in jan 07

Any thoughs peeps!! on what to do...

Service and Mot - to check if theres anything wrong before warrenty runs out or just an Mot and have the serive in Jan 2009 or at 24 k which ever comes first!!

Like Dan says . Get the car MOT'd a couple of weeks before the warranty runs out .If it fails then hopefully the warranty will cover it .

LOL Afternoon mate!!!

I'm not made of money either, the garage i bought the car from paid for the warranty!!! (Yes, Renault Warranty) Lucky they did as well after some of the problems i have had!!!

Didn't cover the clutch tho I'm having a new one fitted on Wednesday at half the price renault wanted....£380!!!

I'm not made of money either, the garage i bought the car from paid for the warranty!!! (Yes, Renault Warranty) Lucky they did as well after some of the problems i have had!!!

A new clutch at such a young age (the car lol) id be a bit guttered tbh!

TBH i'm being a bit fussy as they have told me that it will last 10-15k miles more!!! Its my new car tho and is a really crunchy/stiff clutch so want it to be the best it can be. Plus i'm much happier spending 380 now and knowing everything is ok instead of waiting for it to fail and possibly causing more damage.

Thats me trying to persuade myself anyway.....LOL
