Do you think i could get the centre section of my exhurst changed under warrenty?

That depends, What is broken? not if it was damaged by someone. If is is wear and tear then yes.

if its clearly a crakced weld etc form rust and age yes,

If there is a obvious sign of the car bottom'ing out then they will want you to cough up.
