Washer squirter fault

Bought the car ye today and today I've found out that the squirters don't work, no noise at all, I assume it's the motor which I've found for about £10, is that the first thing to check or is there anything else?

I'd check there's 12 volts coming out of the plug that goes into the motor, chek the fuse too!
