Washing polish applicators query

I stuck a couple in the washing machine recently and they seem to come out ok but I think the girlfriend may have added fabric conditioner. Has this done any damage to them?

Microfiber or foam ones?

Foam ones mate and think one microfibre one went in the machine too IIRC

Its the mircrofiber that gets damaged by the fabric sofetners, causes the fibres to stick together.

Foam should be fine, I wash mine in a bowel with Fairy Liquid. Wash them through with that just in case if your worried.
