my 02 172 has been standing for a week or so and as ive just moved it and reparked it (on a slope) ive noticed that theres water dripping from where the manifold joins the center section of the exhaust. Ive checked the header tank and all seems ok. The water doesnt smell of anything like screen wash/oil/ect. Could this be standing water from somewhere underneath the bonnet or the bad weather weve had or is it something bad!!! Any info would be appreciated

Ive had this a few times aswell, condensation from my a/c unit I was told.

your ac also dehumidifies the cabin, its normal as the water has to be drained to somewhere, my landrover leaves a huge puddle underneath after i have driven it.
