water in front fog lamp

i seem to have condersation (SP?) in my passanger side fron fog.

Questions

Why?

How to i sort it out and stop it?

its spelled Condensation,

Why ? because when cold air (with moisture in it) comes into contact with a warmer item it changes back into droplets of water.

Open up the fog light.. drain.. use a little silicon sealant when closing up just to make it a bit more watertight.
