Water in spare wheel well

I keep getting a small puddle in the spare wheel well after its rained, and I'm baffled as to how or where its getting in as no where else in the boot is getting wet, is there anything I can check or replace the boot seal maybe? as I can't see anywhere obvious! Thanks

Rear lights seals?

Or just drill a hole to let it out

Ill check rear light seals! And ill leave drilling a hole as my last option

Rear light seals are perfect.... Any other possibilities?

On the boot there is a rubber on each side to stop it rattling, where these rubbers meet the car frame there is what looks like a plastic plug. Mine was leaking in through them. Have a look and see if they are loose. All i did was remove them and put some silicone in before i refitted them.

Rear washer pipe feeds inside car to tailgate. left hand "passenger side" might check that also
