Water leak behind centre console

Just noticed this, any ideas before I rip apart the centre console? any known faults? guessing a/c condenser?

Heater matrix.

Forgot to add, my coolant level is fine.

What are the symptoms of a faulty heater matrix? other than leaking obviously.. I did notice condensation coming out the dash vents near the windscreen, is this releated? I thought it may be A/C related as it stopped when I turned off the A/C.

mine did this, was leaves and crap built up underneith where the wipers sit under the bonnet, everything it rained the water ran down the windsceen into the scuttle pannel filled up then then over flowed into my car.. i honestly could have kept fish in my foot wells
