Water level

  PH1 iceburg
Just been checking fluid levels on the 172 (was bored on lunch). I noticed that the water/coolant was on about half full. The Car is on 32k so not due a service for another 4k. Should i top it up, and if so what should i use?
Cheers

just use water mate, it will be fine, engine coolant should be changed every 4 years 72k

As above. May be worth checking your a/f strength as its starting to get colder now.

Can recomend this to everyone at the moment.

Mine always stays at half full even when I top it up to max it is very quickly back to half way between min and max. It has done it for the 100k miles I've driven it so I wouldn't worry unless it goes below min and keeps going down.
