Water Pump

If you was to rebuild a 18k 182 engine while doing all the belts etc is it worth doing the water pump?

Just not heard many people talk about replacing them thats all.

Yes, whilst its out may aswell replace the water pump fella, then it wont need doing until next time..

sorry to post in here but you might need it aswell so has anyone got a Part number for a Water pump for a 1*2 ?

I wouldn't bother on an engine thats only done 18k. They are not known for failing people on here seem to just do them out of caution, although if you do a search I doubt you would find many/any threads talking about a failed one!
