wax on top of wax (different types though)

Currently the car has been waxed 2wice in 3 months with dodo juice orange crush however after reading on here i think i need a tougher wax for the winter (476s). Can i apply that on top of the car as it is or . . . . ?

better stripping it mate give it some nice 476 x2/3 layers for the winter just done mine awesome stuff!

I just layer them one over another regardless of brand.

If your worried just use something like AG SRP to clean up the paint first and give it a good base.

kool so just apply 1 layer of srp after the usual wash and dry then and it should be fine?

I'd use swissax cleaner fluid tbh! 476 lloves men...

Just stick it in an air bubble Car cacoon for the winter and get a winter car. Job done! ;)

well i didny want to bring out the porsche this year but if needs must and all that. dont want the 182 getting wrecked;)

I always layer mine , i very rarely use the same wax twice when layering .

Try some collinite 845 , just as good as the 476 but hell of alot easier to apply / remove . Or Collinite # 925 boat wax .
