Web 'designer' needed (and maybe css)

I'm actually a developer myself, but I need a designer to help with a project I'm working on.

It will actually be a fairly basic layout (I have a few ideas to get started with) but needs some creative design input to give it the wow factor.

The timelines are quite tight so I might be tempted to 'sub out' the layout / css work aswell so I can crack on with other areas.

If anyone is interested or has a portfolio they can send me drop me a PM. I'm interested in work that has been done from scratch and not from templates.
