Website Contact Form with Upload

How difficult would that be to create?

I'm not a complete r****d but I'm not the most competent with coding..

Basically want a few text boxes and then the abilty to upload a few pics.. They won't need to hosted or shown anywhere, just emailed to me..

Any help appreciated.

Does the server your going to put it on have PHP support?

If so thats probably the easiest way to do it, as it wont rely on the end user having a mail client setup and installed like a basic HTML only form would...

Depends what language your using though, it's quite easy to do in .NET. The one i coded a while ago checked the format, resolution and size before it accepted it.

Easy to do with PHP, look on hotscripts or the like and there will be one ready to go
