Weekend engine swap!!!!

ok, so got my little clio and its excellent around town using the little 1.2 engine, but as you can imagine shite on the motor way, will do 70 but struggles after that.
My original plan was to put a 172 engine out of a phase 1 in, but this isn't going to happen just yet.
I'll be doing a lot more motorway miles so would like to drop another lump in for obvious reasons.
so question is, whats the easiest alternative? what will drop in on a weekend so I can drive it the Monday? minimal fuss just something with a bit more go....

Depends on if you've ever done anything like it before really. Any other Clio engine, box and loom will fit just fine and is easily doable in a weekend but depends on your experience.
