Had a flat battery, tried to start using jump leads but kept getting sparks and im too young to die. So I call up the AA. They turn up within the hour, do all their diagnostic tests, the battery is beyond flat, its f*cked! So now, lets look at why its been run so low. Turns out, its the CD changer under my seat. There was a full CD magazine in the changer, you could hear the machine whirring, as if it was trying to find a CD, which is weird. So gotta now get myself a heavy duty battery at some point.
Also, Mr AA man fixed my dodgy windscreen wipers... it wasnt the motor as first thought, was just a spline that had smoothed a touch, but he sorted it. Was very impressed with the AA though, a lot more helpful than I anticipated, so good work!
