Mine started doing this the other day, passenger side too!

Reading on here it's a common fault and it's a bumper off job to change the washer. Part is about £10, no doubt Renault will charge a fortune to fit it so will try it myself.

Sent my bro down to Renault to pick one up for me but part won't arrive till Friday so will let you know how I get on over the weekend.

Can't get the washer jets off without taking the bumper off. And i'd be SERIOUSLY dubious if reno managed to remove the bumper correctly and without scratchin it in an hour.

Not sure about the vee, but it can be done without bumper removal on the 1*2 (with some patience)

Unfortunately not sir. It's fiddly enough getting to the bolts to remove the bumper let along get a 17/18mm spanner to the back of the washer.

I've circled the 21mm bolt you need to take off to remove the headlight washer. As you can see there's not much space but if you have long fingers and skinny hands like me you shouldn't need to remove the bumper to do this, expect a few scraped knuckles though.

From taking the wheel off, so I had more space to work in, to clearing up the whole job took me an hour.

No more leeks wooohoo :)

It used to piss me off when the car was constantly pissing out fluid, it was the factory valves that failed on mine - not the actual washer jet. Looked like the car was crying :(

Getting this on mine now, nearside (passenger) :(

I got hold of a spare jet ages ago when one had blocked before but got it fixed
Can't see the above pic now but is the jet held in with "just" that 21mm bolt or are there a few clips too?

Cheers

i threw mine in the bin as they either leak or spray when you don't want them to! bunged the holes up with rubber grommets and blocked up the hoses. looks better too and no problem at all with mot. i would be supprised if they picked up on it.
