Weird Audio Problem when Window opened

Hi,
Weird problem i have got - when i open my passenger window on my 2002 clio the speaker volume goes really quiet. I have absolutely no clue why this might be happening - do you think the wiring could be dodgy?

probably the window is catching the wiring and pulling it off the back of the speaker slightly.
