Weird BF2142 in-game glitches

After having months of no problems with Battlefield 2142, I've started getting quite a few weird happenings in-game, over the last couple of weeks.

Such as:-

• Stood near a missile silo as an engineer when the prompt comes up "(my name) teamkills - Zeller Sniper rifle". Since when does an engineer have a Zeller? And I was stood still - not even shooting at anything.
• Walking about in-game and a prompt "You have been killed" with the corresponding killer's name in the top corner appearing - yet I'm still walking around, not even hit?
• Death by APM - I've even seen the thing on the floor the instant I got nailed. Yet it says one of those automated turrets got me?
• Dying twice in quick sucession. Anyone had their name appear twice at the top, even if you've only been killed the once?

Probably a few more. I'm not bothered really (well, unless the game thinks I have tk'd when clearly I haven't) - but these have only happened in the last few weeks, as I said.
