Weird comp problem

Ok this is weird

Switch on comp, use as normal
Swith it off.

Then when i switch it on, have to turn on the power, press the button on the case, then switch it off at mains.

Then put the mains back on then press the button on the case again to make it boot

Any ideas?

Unplug some of the USB devices from the computer one by one and you will find the problem.

Only have the mouse installed via USB, and it's never been a problem before.

No other idea then as i had the same problem with USB devices on my computer with an ASUS board.

Sounds like PC is going into a suspended state when you turn it off rather than shutting down properly.

IT switches off, all the fans etc turn off?

This is the same pc i posted up about the proccessor speeds.

Yeah not usb. It's only done it since for some random reason it lost all it's BIOS settings.
