Weird ECU Code

i had the codes read on my 172 and it came up eith a Bi Air Inlet Solenoid Valve

anyone ever heard of this as the main techs at my local renault dealer havent heard of this before

can anyone shed some light on it as it keeps bringing the light on

its called a Bi Mode Air Inlet Valve

is this integral to the throttle body?

cant think or find it on the engine

i rang renault spares earlier and apparently the part is behind the front bumper. i follwed a vacuum pipe from the throttle body down to the front bumper and there is a large black box with a duct pipe on it, its behind the passenger fog lamp, about 2 inches about it so it could bethat
i will get a pic later to show what i found
