Titanium Clio 182
I know i have a knocking noise in low gear 1st, 2nd, when slowing down or speeding up. But the past 2 months i'm getting the knocking noise at the rear of the car, which when going over bumps on the road, can hear it and its rather annoying. Sounds exactly like the noise from the front engine mounts, but its coming from the rear.
This might be the problem thats causing my car to vibrate / shudder when going over bumps, my clio 182 is in for a service on the 1st Dec (24,000 mile) so i'll mention it to them, i have to hold onto the steering wheel with both hands when going over bumps on the motorway ay 70mph as i would end up veering off the road and crashing, its very scary!!! Maybe my shocks are knackered or the suspension is tits up, i dunno. Hopefully the service will find out what the problem is.
