Weird noise

Just back home and got this weird noise any idea?

How does it sound for you guys any idea?

It sounds consistent with the belt? Or something is moving about in the engine.

I could be completely wrong.

Either way, doesn't sound all that clever. I wouldn't drive it. Might f**k the engine completely

He's about right, that doesn't sound too healthy. It's been ages since I touched a clio engine though, @Scrooge might have an idea..

clutch release bearing or something on the clutch plate/cover?

does it go away when you push the clutch pedal?

What side is it? Defiantly rotating..

Get it in the air and start checking everything

Press clutch pedal - Noise gone? Sounds like a water pump failure to me though
