Welding repairs needed around Manchester

My mate has a 206 GTi that just went through its MOT. However, the sills need repairing as one outer is holed and the inners are probably in need of repair. He wants to keep the car so this needs sorting before the next MOT.

Can anyone recommend somewhere around Manchester that can carry out a welding repair/replacement?
