Have you called them to speak about your renewal quote? as they always send the renewal quote through mega high hoping you will pay it! Did it with me till I rang them and they took nearly £550 quid off .... second year of driving and they wanted more than my first.

elephant have fooked me around all year they cancelled my insurence by mistake took me 5 phone calls (on my mobile so massive expense) and about 3 weeks to sort that out. Also got my car details wrong 3 times when changing my car guy was trying to tell me they didnt do a clio hatchback but they done a clio pick up what a t*at took 50 min to take my info and still got it wrong!
