Well Upgraded my Pc

MSI Gigabite 1000mhz FSB
2 x 2gig DDR II 800mhz Ram
Athlon XP 64Bit 5.2gig Duel Core, Coolmaster Copper Heat Sink and Upgraded Fan
Radeon 512mb DDR II Graphics Card

Plays flight sim even better now compared to my old Athlon 3gig 64 bit did.

Intel's processors are running around 3ghz mark... AMD have a 5.2?!

And I bet a Core Duo still cains it's ass at 99% of things...

Think KS53MWC means that he has a 5200+, not a 5.2GHz, the fastest processor they have that I'm aware of is 3.2GHz (6400+).

A 5200+ runs at 2.60GHz.

Do you mean your processor is the Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5200+ that is 2.6GHz per core ?

You should be able to overclock that to same speed as the 6000+ and beyond, should get to approx 3.1GHz, its not C2D E6600 performance but apart from benchmarks it won't be too far off
