@LeeRS can we do this as non Curborough members? I would be up for this if we could get it lined up. I've just got myself some 15" wheels so looking to get some good tyres for track use.

There is a cafe in crossgates, just into the wales border which attracts bikers and a few cars on weekends. Could mabye pick a route from a meet point somewhere have a drive up and a bit of brekkie, chinwag e.t.c and pick a different route back. Me and my old man went up on his bike a few months back. Some good ish roads but we went from worcester down to leominster and then up. Im sure if a couple of people rekkied the roads/routes we could come up with something.

Cant we book a day at curborough @Mr Burns ?
Sure mark said its £600 for the day, including the food van.
Granted it would be hard everyone getting the day off work but if its booked well in advance it could be possible.
Say we get 10 people, its only £60 each for all day.
Yeah Curborough is easy enough to book, although weekends fill up fast as you can imagine. My mate pays up front then takes bookings from his friends which is dodgy IMO as he sometimes gets let down, so I wouldn't advise that idea!
Perhaps the best method would be to find out all the available days (probably midweek now) then gauge interest and take it from there.

Curborough is a great day out though and despite being a small track it's actually quite challenging to get it spot on.

Another Midlandser here . Pub meets do work but the format has to be right, be it a meal or something like that. If it works for Pistonheads et al...

That and the West Midlands Area probably has people all over the place in it. I am in Warwick and TBH a few Oxford and Leicester meets are closer than some of the locations here (think almost a 3.5k hour round trip to the likes of the Midlands Breakfast Club). I don't mind it now and again but to spend that much in fuel now takes you to pretty special events that are not that much more in the grand scheme of things (Donnington Historic for example).

I'm off to Curborough next month for the day. Looking forward to it. I've been round it before but it was in a Nissan GTR on a track experience day. Will be a bit different in my 182!
