What alloy size?

Currently on my RSI I have the original alloys, the 14" ones..If I want to get myself some low-profile tires, what size alloys can I go to? I'm guessing 17" won't fit or will start rubbing, is 15" the biggest I can go for?

Does anyone know what sort of price I can get for selling my original alloys too?

you can get 17's and 18's on without rubbing if you get the correct offset but they look crap and you will loose some of the handling, imo 16" maximum with a 45 profile tyre but 15's with a 50 profile tyre are so much cheaper and the mk2 can pull them off even with a small suspension drop!!

I have lowering springs for 20mm, will 16" still be okay?
