What are these bits called!?

The plastic trim that sits on the other side of the wing mirror. Where the adjustment lever for the mirrors would be if they were manual. I need a set, but it's hard trying to buy something you dont know the name of

A pillar?

I thought it might be a pillar of some sort, but i always thought the A pillar was the one that run up the side of the windscreen?

Thanks mate, yeah i searched that before but the only 4 that came up were for manual mirrors. I just assumed that there was a proper name for them, and that's why i couldn't find any more.
