Can anyone tell me which belt this is on a 182 engine ?

Its just ,2 years ago i had the cambelt changed, and its going in next week for a service ,im pretty sure they didnt change the AUX belt when they did the cambelt...Even though i thought they where both meant to be changed at the same time.

Can anyone tell me what belt this is please?

Thanks

Aux belt.

Aux belt is 36k or 5 years, whichever is sooner
Cambelt is 72k or 5 years, whichever is sooner.

6PK 1660 / 1662 in length if you need to know when replacing it too.

Oh and when and if they do the belt, make sure the tensioner and idler are replaced too.

Thanks both

Edit:
Is a Aux belt + tensioner and idler a easy enough job to replace?

Finally had my aux belt flitted today along with idler / tensioner...Garage who did the work told me it was a nightmare and took them 5+ hours to do without removing the bumper..im just hoping now its been fitted correctly.

Is it pretty obvious the route the belt takes?...how could i tell if its been fitted correctly or would this not be obvious without taking the bumper off?

Thanks

  330i. E30 Touring.
That's reassuring, almost.

Surely, it's a nightmare without taking the bumper off, you take the f**king bumper off! LOL.

LOL!!!!! it's 10 minutes to remove the bumper and it would have saved them 3 hours+

If it was routed wrong it wouldn't tension right unless they got very lucky

I've seen one fitted to the wrong side of the idler. LOL.

It's worth checking.

Can i check this just from looking under the bonnet?

Or is the only way i can check by taking the bumper off itself?

I'm not doubting its been done wrong just want to make sure its been fitted correctly.

full lock to the right, pull the arch liner off the bar coming off the wishbone and have a reach around and you'll feel the pulley, belt should be on top of it

oh and do it with the engine turned off, i know that's obvious, but there are some stupid people that have no common sense

Not had chance to check the belt yet.....Getting a little paranoid in case its been fitted wrong.

I'm now unsure on whether its ticking now or whether its because ive got the cover off and listening for it.

What do you think from this video?...cant remember if it did this before or not.

  Maybe a 172 Cup..
That picture is quality!! Gonna take my liner off tomorrow, just for a nosey. Out of interest what are the components, side to side. I guess some will be self-explanatary once liner is off...

Please bear in mind I am Frank Spencer when it comes to mechanics...:S
