Nothing standard about the bolts, they have a domed collar to allow them to rotate and are only have around 20mm of thread to preventing over compression of the springs.
Thing is, I need someone inside engine bay holding other end of bolt. I'll probably cut it off and replace with something from work. Should go on easier than it comes off.
dave if you can, you could bring it to me and we can use the ramps at work plus the use of my tools. got quite a few of those bolts as well but not the renault ones.
