What bulbs? 172 Cup

Only a couple of questions.

What are the bulbs required for the 172 Cup? (H4 Full + H7 Dipped?)

What are the recommended ones? I used to have offroad use bulbs in the 206, and they looked great, but vision was shocking.

I want some bulbs that loose the yellow tint (not fussed if thet are illegal) but they need to be good for night driving.

I'd recomend the more powerful legal ones hayfords sell i forget there name though usualy buy one get one free offer in place which with trade is very cheap.

h7 for the main beams.

plus the bulbs last longer.
