what do these pipes do?

hanging down and sure they should not be there

im 99% sure one is battery overflow as someone here told me in another post but the otehr one (white end) is confusing me as im sure it must plug in somewhere

They like similiar to what the washer jet pipes are like? Where are they coming from?

thats what i thought? do they have an overflow cause if not then thats gotta be plugged in somewere!

they are just below the front bumper on the front passenger side

The pipes run like that behind the bumper, the white clip may be straight off the end of one of the jets.

shall i just zip tie it up and forget about it then as i dont mind them not working, its hardly end of world cant see me being able to get my hand up there to re attach it
