What is this pipe doing??

Anyone know what's going on here??? Red pipe looks to go across and down drivers side of bulkhead.... On my 172 track car.

Your probably right ill have a look, was expecting servo vacuum pipe to be bigger....

Not sure I like the idea of silicone hose on brake vacuum
