What does Renault CLIP/Diagnostic computers do

Just wondering what they do/what they will tell you

They do pretty mcuh what it says on the tin. You plug it in and it gives error codes of bits that aren't work properly. The easiest way to diagnose a problem with a modern car.

They do everything almost you can chnace all the electorins bits and pieces on and off upload new ECU maps etc.

as said it allows you to read any faults, check parameters and status's of pretty much all computors, alter configurations, reprogramme injection computer's/autobox's, run misfire/cat tests etc different things for different vehicles/models etc
