What does this do???

Hi all, probably gonna sound thick, but what is the plastic handle under the left side of my drivers seat? I thought it might be to raise the height but it didn't move. What is it for?

Yes its to raise/lower the seat. think you pull it up. If your sat on the seat it won't go up unless u lift youself up/pull forward.

The things too high on the lowest setting anyway!

Sure is - I still feel like I'm on a booster cushion on the lowest it can go!
