What does this do?

Always wondered what this does. They come with speakers. One side is a clearance hole the other is not threaded bit still grips the screw. No idea what it does haha

think its only job is like flyers handed out in shops and stuff... made to be thrown away lol. im sure there is some devine use for them bt ive never botherd to find out.

They are used for you to screw into. They slide over a piece of metal and when a self tapper is screwed into it, it will grip where it is.

So in short, it is used to secure the speaker to the door.
