video comparisons just sound the same imo, its when you hear them for real the 5k kick sounds louder, i dno why tho, weather is the diffrent cone filter, as ktec use a foam/sponge one, or the alloy bend over the silcone bend

Well I ordered an alloy bend and a k and n cone filter, didnt like the look of the "twin cone filter" , performance probably will be the same. I want a samco induction hose but the 80 quid price on it means I might aswel have bought the ktec kit.

Hopefully one will pop up on eBay for cheap Soon.

I hope it all fits in OK, the filter I bought is the k&n one from the thread "Got bored, made an airfilter

right so got it all on and together. Will that cone filter be a bit restrictive, it looks a tad smaller than the "twin cone filter" people use.

also, has anybody got any ideas as the what would be the best way of securing it in place as because the standard elbow is flexable the cone is bouncing all over the place, ive currently got a tie wrap stopping it moving but i want something a bit more permanent

This is what i had on my ph1.

Need- 70mm id 90' silicone bend, 70mm od 90' metal bend, 70mm joiner/coupler, 4 x jubilee clips and 70mm ITG Ram Filter.

Cost under £80.

im looking to make up some sort of d.i.y kit would this fit 182 i have a k&n cone filter thats fitted onto the original air filter hosing but it sits in a really bad place where heat soak will be killing it

how or where could i find a v6 air filter set up are they easy to fit and what sort of price would i be looking at

also the last owner of my car lost the top part of the air filter box would any clio one fit it just so its replaced
