What Exhaust is this ?

I have what I'm certain isnt a standard exhaust system on my 172, but I'm not so sure it's really a performance item either, as far as I'm aware they dont do pattern exhasuts do they ? So what might it be ? It certainly sounds far more meaty than the standard item which to be honest I'm not that happy about. I like silence
