What exhausts are there that i can get?

for a 1.2 8v. I e got this 3.5" chav box on the back of mine at the moment and i was wondering what systems were good for my car that sound sporty but not overly loud like mine is at the moment. Also would a de-cat make much diffrence to the power of my slow beast?
