What have i done? Dashboard warning light

I could do with some advice. I took the clio for a trip to the shops after it had been sitting idle for 5 weeks, when the ESP and SERV lights on the dash came on. The esp light flashed at first and is now steady. They go off when the car is stopped, but come back at the first corner. In the 5 week lockdown i swapped standard wheel for a 197 version. Is it likely i knocked something out if alignment?
I've tried a cheap ELM327 code reader but it can't pick up the error.

Any suggestions? Apart from finding somewhere open with a code reader.

You've moved the wheel when putting the new one on.

You need to take it off and line up the coloured dot in the clear window on the steering angle sensor.

Flipping heck! Those 197 airbags are a pain to remove. Wish I'd paid more attention to the sensor first time round.
