They are referring to the infamous bucket mod.
IK - I am running a k-tec one currently, but I got it free, and to buy it is quite expensive. You can make up something similar for less than half the price. In truth, other than noise, an IK will add nothing power wise. I'd stick with the standard one or a V6 box if you can come across one cheap enough.

Ive always stuck with panel filters, ive currently got the ktr one, as said its expensive, mines second hand though so was cheap.
If I was to buy again I would go ITG, I had them in my GSI and VXR.
