what is this and do i need it

One of the bolts rattled out and ive lost it. Do i need to get it back on sharpish or not?

from what i can see it does bugger all, but thought id make sure first

It's a mount to make removing the engine easier.

Just find out what size it is and get one from your local tool store, with a spring washer, it will be fine
