Im taking my viper off when I get new bolts and the part came along with the rest of the airbox.

well i've not seen first pic pipe on mine when i removed my airbox?

On the airbox the top part is obviously for the intake elbow.... the other hole left goes the the accoustic valve, but in a 'furry' lol airfeed, like the other one on the airbox

The old airbox and bits were thrown in with the car when I bought it.

It could even be a piece off another car. lol

looks that way lol. Does it have renault stamped on it? Its not off a phase 2 172 airbox imo

Only markings on it are "50503" and ">PP<"

IIRC, Vauxhall use a similar thing as a resonator. Deffo didin't have one of those on my 172.

the first bit is off a bmw mini cooper s it's the pipe from the front of the car going to the air box
