What Next?

Right, I've just got myelf a 182 and have got a K&N 57i in the post and changed the Spark Plugs as recomended by Brother in Law, Just wondering what people recommend next? I was thinking De-Cat! Loving the Blue Flame Exhaust Offer but can't afford an Exhaust System quite yet, it is on the cards for the near future! Cheers in Advance!

Inlet manifold work by BenR? RSport group N chip? DS2500 brake pads? Better oil and gearbox oil? Decat, yes. Just my thoughts.

I was thinking chip but was not sure what to do first. Brakes will deffinitely need something soon as I'm a race junkie! I can't bear to lose! had s**t power for 2 years so now loving the fact that I will Win! you recommending those Pads? Was thinking K-Tec De-Cat, know anything beter? Cheers

GDI Decat all the way. At 80 pounds its unbeatable. After decat get your inlet manifold matched followed by GRPN remap or rstuning remap.

Cheers Dubai182! I don't suppoe you got a website or Number for the GDI De-Cat? Wot sort of price for the Inlet Manifold? Could do at the same time if the price is good!

The inlet manifold is circa 170 i think but don't quote me.

The inlets arround 170 ish but they recommend you need the fueling etc remapped. SMT6 is arround 500! Thats what put me off getting my inlet done.

^^^ You don't need a SMT6 if you get your inlet matched,you can run it normal but a standard remap offered my rstuning/k-tec etc will be fine.

Was told by GDI that they would recommend the SMT6 as the fueling could be an issue. Looking at getting inlet done by ben and then a venture up to rstuning in the near future though.
