What oil 200bhp +

  a thirsty one
i have been using mobil 1 fully sync 0w-40 and its a combination daily driver/few track days, no leaks and it has used just a tiny bit between services. its cheap at costco if that helps.

ps i have mods to mine but doubt its quite 200bhp

We have some rockoil race oil, but not sure what weve been using over the last few months. carl know more about what we use PM him/MSN him.

Pro-S on our F4R 8XX race engines. We do regular oil analysis to monitor wear and even after 24hour races the wear rates are very very low.

Cheers

Fuchs Titan is very good stuff. I've used Valvoline very happily for years. I've also run 300bhp+ turbo cars on Comma motorsport very happily

yup i use the titan fuchs 5w40, very good stuff. if the germans use it from factory then that kind of speaks for itself.

silokelne pro s is also very good.

I've got Silkolene Pro-s 10w-50 in my 1.8 super charged BMW.

Got it from Opie oils.

Just about any Oil of good quality will be allright as long as you have an oil cooler to keep control of the oil temperature.
