What oil and about my oil pressure..

What oil is a good oil to use in a standard clio16v? i recently had my 72000mile service but im not sure what oil the garage used, i no garages use cheap oil but since having it back my oil pressure has been rather on the low side. Ihave been checking my oil and it seems really thin???? Next service im gonne supply my own oil, which brings me back to the Q; What oil is best?

on a 16v id use a 10W-50 or 15W-50

probably best off usin Mobil 1 Motorsport

if you can get hold of it though id use Silkolene Pro R 15W-50
