what oil should i use.

as above what engine oil should i use? what gear oil should i use?
anyone recommend me or point me in right direction off a set off spark plugs.

I use silkolene pro race s 5w40 and if i can get it cheap motul 300v 5w40. But at the minimum you want fully synthetic but if you can stretch to it go ester synthetic like the 2 i just mentioned.
for spark plugs go with the standard NGK platinums for the car. I've got some denso iridiums in at the mo but people on here give them mixed reviews so its a case of better the devil you know!

Any 5w 40 is good enough. for the gearbox 75w 80 or 90. and plugs NGK pla.tinum
