what oil to go for?

im sure i can still use the standard 5w 40 stuff in the clio but wanna know what oil brand to use atm...
running itbs only atm

also what gearbox oil for a 172 box with a quaife LSD?

have to check, think you can use normal ELF 75w80 which is £11 a litre
