What oil should i get to go in my 1.4 RT 1996??

What does everyone else use and recommend?

I just got National Tyres to change mine to QXR Semi-Synth I think...

£15.00 inc filter, oil and doing it.. Saved me getting messy.

And for £15, I might get it done more often!

im using Total Quartz 9000 5W-40 in mine, you can get it from most Total/Elf petrol stations an its really good stuff
